Plush toy packaging is the printed box, window box, or gift set that holds a stuffed toy, with a size and design that match your brand. Toy brands, gift shops, and baby retailers use it to display, sell, and gift teddy bears, bunnies, character collections, and baby sets.

A window box shows the toy on a shelf, a gable box with a handle makes gifting and carrying easy, and a die-cut shape can echo the toy’s outline. Ribbons and hang tags add a gift-ready or retail-ready finish. Tell us how you sell, and we’ll recommend a style.

Plush toys are soft and compress, so measure the toy’s height, width, and depth as it will sit in the box, and note whether you press it flat. We’ll size the box so the toy isn’t squashed and the lid closes cleanly. A sample lets you check the fit before a full run.

A window removes some board, so the box needs enough board around it to hold its shape. We die-cut the opening and patch it with clear film, and we’ll suggest a window size and position that keeps the box strong.

Soft tissue wraps the toy and helps keep it clean, and a custom insert holds it in position so it doesn’t shift or press against the window. Tell us the toy’s shape, and we’ll recommend a layout.

Bright prints with characters, bold colors, your logo, and product details. We print from artwork you own or have permission to use, so licensed characters need your written approval.

Toys and children’s products sold in the US can carry required labeling, such as age grading, small-parts or choking hazard warnings, and tracking information. We print from your approved artwork, so confirm the required text with your compliance advisor or testing lab before production.

We offer soy-based and water-based inks. Packaging isn’t the toy itself, but if you need inks that meet a specific children’s product standard, tell us the standard, and we’ll tell you what we can supply. Don’t print “non-toxic” or “child-safe” on the box unless you can back the claim with test reports.

Strong board helps protect toys on shelves, and plush toys are light, so crushing and scuffing are the main risks. Printed boxes can scuff in the mail, so for parcel shipping we recommend an outer mailer or shipping box. Tell us how you ship, and we’ll advise.
