Aqua Printers has debuted Vinyl Record Boxes which serve the dual purpose of shipment and storage while ensuring complete safety during the process. The unique design of the inner sleeves made of cardboard makes certain that the records do not move during any form of travel, thus saving them from any potential damages.
The boxes were made paying extra attention to the edges in order to place special padding which absorbs any form of shock during the process of delivery, be it stepping on the box or placing something heavy on top. This makes certain that the records do not incur any form of damage. In addition, the lightweight nature of the boxes makes them very easy for transport and storage.

01 What is the minimum order quantity?
100 units, with no plate or setup fee on digital print. Unit price drops at 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 — ask for tiered pricing and we'll show all the breaks at once.
02 How thick should my mylar bag be?
3.5 mil suits dry, light snacks under 8 oz. 4.5 mil is what most brands ship — it survives distribution without feeling flimsy. Choose 5.0 mil for oily or salty products, and 7.0 mil for long-term storage.
03 Is the material food-safe?
Yes. The inner layer is FDA-compliant polyethylene rated for direct food contact, and printing sits on the outer layer under lamination so it never touches your product.
04 What artwork files do you accept?
Vector AI, EPS or press-ready PDF in CMYK, with 0.25" bleed on all sides. If you only have a rough concept or a low-resolution file, our design team will rebuild it to print standard at no extra charge.
05 Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Unprinted material swatches are free, and a physical printed sample of your own artwork is available on request — the cost is credited back against your first order.
06 How long does production take?
Rush is 6–8 business days and standard is 10–14, both counted from proof approval rather than from first enquiry. Foil stamping or holographic film adds roughly three days.
07 Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes. US shipping is free on qualifying orders; international freight is quoted per destination and added to your written quote before you commit.
