Your total shipping time depends on two factors: production time and delivery duration. Once we confirm your order, the processing time remains fixed, and payments are non-refundable.

To meet your specific needs and requirements, Aqua Printers offers flexible production turnaround options based on your selected product.

Available Options:

Standard Turnaround (Free Option)

Your package will be dispatched in 1 to 3 months once the final approval is received. This option is best for affordable and organized production needs.

Rush Orders (Additional Charges Apply)

Your package will be transported within 6 to 8 business days after getting final clearance on your side. This option is created specifically for faster delivery when timing is important.

About damage, Aqua Printers is not responsible for any items that are harmed or misplaced during transportation. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if your order arrives in damaged condition. 

Make sure you have all packaging materials and damaged product for the purpose of claim confirmation.

International Shipping Policy

We provide worldwide shipping to our valuable customers and offer free shipping only in the United States. Aqua Printers is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees involved to your order. The customers who order the product are responsible for all these charges. If any customs issues arise or if your order is returned to the warehouse, the customer needs to sign the Authorization Form to move forward.

Incorrect Address

If the shipping address given is incomplete, wrong, or not able to be found by the deliverer, the package may be returned to the warehouse. In this condition, you will be contacted instantly to provide the correct address.

Unclaimed Orders

If a package is not received & refused at delivery, it will be returned to Aqua Printers. We can resend the order if no damage is done during shipping.
