05 Will Syrup Leak Through a Baklava Box, and Is It Food-Safe?
Plain board can soak up syrup and butter, so we recommend a grease-resistant liner or coating, and often a tray or paper cup under the pieces. Our boxes use food-safe materials. No paper box is fully leakproof, so tell us how wet your baklava is, and we’ll recommend a setup.
