Send us the knife’s overall length, blade width, and handle thickness, or the dimensions of the full set. We’ll design a box and insert that fit snugly, with room to lift the knife out safely.
03 How Do Inserts Hold a Blade in Place?
Cut-to-fit inserts have a shaped cavity for the blade and handle, so the knife can’t slide, rattle, or press against the box wall. For sets, we cut a separate space for each piece.
04 Should I Choose a Rigid or Corrugated Knife Box?
Rigid board feels premium and suits gift sets and retail shelves. Corrugated board is stronger for shipping and suits online orders. Tell us how you sell, and we’ll recommend one.
05 Can a Knife Box Have a Clear Window?
Yes. A clear window lets buyers see the handle design without opening the box. Keep in mind that a window removes some board, so we match the window size and board to the knife’s weight.
06 What Can I Print on a Knife Box?
Your logo, product name, and blade details in bold color. Add foil stamping, embossing, or spot UV to highlight the name or logo. We print from artwork you own or have permission to use.
07 Are Knife Boxes Safe for Shipping?
Corrugated board with a firm insert helps protect the blade and the people handling it. We recommend an insert that fully covers the edge and an outer shipping box, because a sharp blade can cut through weak packaging. Tell us the knife type and how you ship, and we’ll advise.
